Add Co-Payment Details (Existing BnTx Clinics)

Link existing BnTx Interact patient records to Stripe co-payment details inside BnTRx Clinic.

Open Stripe and add payment method

    Open Patient tab and locate patient migrated from BnTx Interact.

  2. 2

    Open patient record and select Add Co-Payment on top-right.

  3. 3

    Stripe opens and shows No Payment Method by default.

  4. 4

    Select Add payment method and enter Card or AU Direct Debit details.

Finish and return to BnTRx Clinic

  1. 1

    Confirm payment method is saved in Stripe.

  2. 2

    Return to BnTRx Clinic and refresh patient record if needed.

  3. 3

    Continue order workflow with linked co-payment details.
