BnTRx Form App Overview

The recommended way to collect patient details is through BnTRx Form on the patient's smartphone. BnTRx Form captures personal details, co-payment details, and consent for co-payment processing to pharmacy. It replaces the paper invoice workflow, and patients who complete co-payment details in-app are not posted invoices.

• Patient needs a smartphone and matching mobile number.
• Patient must be able to receive a one-time SMS verification code.
• Account setup protects personal and payment details and supports future payment-method updates.
• If a patient cannot or will not use BnTRx Form, follow Patient Registration via Paper Form and download the Co-payment Authorisation and Consent Form.
• Patients already registered should use Login rather than Register.
