Help a patient complete the BnTRx QR registration journey and confirm that their details reach the clinic intray.
Display the BnTRx patient QR code where it is easy to scan and confirm the patient has their smartphone available. Patients need access to the mobile number they register so they can receive a one-time SMS verification code.
Ask the patient to scan the BnTRx QR code and select Register.
The patient enters their personal details and verifies their mobile number.
The patient creates a password and accepts the Terms of Use.
The patient enters their billing details, selects their Medicare rate, reviews consent, and connects to the clinic.
The patient adds a Card or AU Direct Debit payment method through Stripe.

A successful registration sends the patient's details to the BnTRx Clinic Patient Form Intray.
Ask the patient to confirm that registration and payment setup are complete.
Open the Clinic tab in BnTRx Clinic.
Confirm the patient appears in the Patient Form Intray.
Continue with the Patient Records workflow to confirm or match their record.
If a patient cannot use the app, download the Co-payment Authorisation and Consent Form at https://bntrx.com.au/resources/co-payment-authorisation-and-consent-form.pdf. Once the patient has completed the form, copy their details from the paper form into the Add New Patient screen in BnTRx Clinic.
