Use filters and search
- Log view can show any order regardless of status.
- By default, Log displays Received orders only.
- Use Filter to show Draft, Submitted, Ordered, or All statuses, and optionally filter by Doctor or Medication.
- Use Search Treatments field with the first letters of the patient name.
- If status is unknown, set status filter to All before searching.
