Prepare the devices that clinic staff and patients will use with BnTRx.

• Use the latest version of Google Chrome for BnTRx Clinic at https://clinic.bntrx.com.au/.
• Any modern browser is supported for the patient-facing BnTRx Form app at https://form.bntrx.com.au/.
• Confirm the clinic devices can open both sites before the first clinic day.

Complete the HPS New Account and Delivery Preference Form before the clinic goes live.

   Download the form from https://bntrx.com.au/resources/hps-new-account-and-delivery-preference-form.pdf.

   Enter the clinic and prescriber information.

   Select the preferred delivery frequency and day.

   Complete the required form for each prescriber.

   Email the completed form to b.toxin@hpspharmacies.com.au.

Register the clinic and confirm that the initial administrator can log in before starting Setup.

   Follow the account activation instructions sent by email.

   Confirm the administrator can log in at https://clinic.bntrx.com.au/login.

BnTRx provides a free clinic starter pack with patient-registration and clinic materials.

• Email enquiries@integramedical.au with the clinic address and the message: Please send me a starter pack.
• Confirm the patient QR code and required forms are available before the first clinic day.

After completing these prerequisites, continue to the Onboarding Setup article to configure clinic details, invite staff, assign roles, and enter opening vial stock.
