Before you start
- Switch Clinic appears only when your login has more than one linked clinic account.
- If Switch Clinic is not visible, ask your clinic administrator to confirm linked clinic access for your user.

Switch Linked Clinics
Use the multi-clinic switch to move between linked clinic accounts without logging out.
Switch clinic

Open the left sidebar in BnTRx Clinic.

In the account area near the bottom, select the Switch Clinic dropdown.

Choose the clinic account you want to open.
- 4
Wait for the success message and automatic page refresh.
What happens after switching
- BnTRx updates your active clinic session to the selected linked account.
- The page reloads in the same tab and refreshes data for the selected clinic.
- You can switch back at any time from the same dropdown.
Troubleshooting
- If switching fails, retry once and confirm your internet connection is stable.
