User Roles and Permissions

Each new user is assigned Practice Administrator and Doctor roles by default.

• Practice Administrator: Manage clinic staff, update clinic settings, adjust doctor vial stock, and complete patient/order/stock workflows.
• Doctor and Nurse: Add and edit patients, create and submit orders, and view, receive, and reconcile ordered vials.
• Doctor only: Users with Doctor permissions can be allocated vials and appear in doctor assignment lists.

Keep at least one Practice Administrator active in your clinic at all times, and turn off Doctor for administrators who do not prescribe botulinum toxin and do not own vial supply.
